As a professional consultant, h utilizes an integrative approach to performance, health, and well-being through evidence-based techniques applied to elite athletes and high-profile performers. Dr. Dyke is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor in the School of Kinesiology at Auburn University teaching courses in Performance-Based Psychology, Motor Learning and Performance, and indfulnessBased Performance and Health Optimization ©. Ford Dyke is also a Team USA Handball player. |

Leeja Carter, Head of Diversity and Inclusion, Association Applied Sport Psychology
Dr. Carter received a Ph.D. in Kinesiology with a concentration in the Psychology of Human Movement from Temple University. Dr. Carter is passionate about women’s wellness particularly among women of color. In 2018 she was awarded the Fulbright Specialist award to serve as a Visiting Scholar at London South Bank University in London, England to consult on projects supporting women’s physical activity and sports engagement. Her work addresses historical and contemporary representations of Black women's 'strength,' culturally sensitive health and physical activity approaches for people of color, and gendered racism in health professions. In 2019, she published Feminist Applied Sport Psychology: From Theory to Practice. |

Andrea Fuentes, Head Coach US Olympic Team, Synchronized Swimming
Andrea Fuentes is the most decorated female Olympian in Spain with 4 Olympics medals and a total of 31 Olympic, World and European Medals. She competed for nearly 10 years with the Spanish National Team eventually leading the team in the solo and duet events. After retiring as an athlete in 2012, she coached many countries as a consultant and started her company Synkrolovers which sell products for synchronized swimming athletes and coaches. She is now the Head Coach of the US Olympic Team preparing the team for the Tokyo Olympic Games. |

Beth Brooke is a recognized voice on corporate reporting/accounting and a global advocate of diversity and inclusion for the LGBT community and women. Brooke now serves on the public and private Boards of eHealth and SHEEX, as well as the USOPC, Aspen Institute, Conference Board, Vital Voices, and APCO’s International Advisory Council. Brooke spent 38 years at EY. Brooke concluded her career as Global Vice Chair-Public Policy and a member of EY’s Global Board. In the Clinton administration, she played roles in the Healthcare and Superfund reform efforts and had tax policy responsibility for insurance and managed care. |

Amobi Okugo is a professional soccer player and the founder of the financial-literacy company A Frugal Athlete. He was drafted after his freshman year at UCLA into Major League Soccer. He has made over 200 appearances in all competitions professionally and represented the US national team at various youth levels. He holds a Masters in Sports Law in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Development with a minor in Business Administration. |

Karen Gallagher, Senior Researcher, Global Sport Institute, ASU
Dr. Karen Gallagher is the Senior Researcher for the Global Sport Institute at Arizona State University. She leads and supports a variety of research projects within the Institute and in collaboration with researchers within ASU and external international partners. Her area of research focuses on commonalities of the impact of transition in military veterans and the post-sport journey for elite athletes, specifically with regard to cognition and wellness. She earned her Ph.D. in speech and hearing science, with a focus on cognitive communication disorders at ASU in 2017. She is a U.S. Army Airborne combat veteran who served as a chemical operations specialist in Gulf War I. She is a 2016 Tillman Scholar and serves as a Regional Captain organizing community volunteer efforts for fellow Tillman Scholars. |

Lauren Loberg, Sport Psychology Consultant
Dr. Loberg has experiences as a UCLA student-athlete, coach, researcher, mental health counselor and sport psychology consultant with U.S. Ski & Snowboard Association, the National Football League and Team USA. She worked for the U.S. Ski and Snowboarda Association and the National Football League developing programs to address the total wellness of each athlete. She provided sport psychology consulting, mental health counseling, career and education planning, and personal development training that assisted the athletes in building toward transition to life after elite sports competition. During the winter of 2014, Dr. Loberg spent February in Sochi, Russia supporting athletes on the US Olympic Team. Most recently, she attended PyeongChang for the 2018 Olympics, with 3 athletes who returned home with a total of 3 medals. |

Dr Nicola Keay, Sport Medicine and Endocrinologist
Nicky Keay studied Cambridge University, with clinical attachments including sports medicine in Australia and University of Geneva. After gaining Membership of the Royal College of Physicians, she trained in Endocrinology. As a Research Fellow at St Thomas’ Hospital, she was part of the international medical team which developed an anti-doping test for growth hormone. Nicky wrote the British Association of Sport and Exercise Medicine (BASEM) educational website Health4Performance on RED-S, is the medical advisor to Scottish Ballet, part of multidisciplinary team at EN:SPIRE clinic for dancers and athletes and Chief Medical Officer of Forth Edge, providing medical interpretation of blood tests to athletes. |

Erin Reifsteck, Professor of Kinesiology, University of North Carolina
Dr. Erin Reifsteck is an assistant professor in the Department of Kinesiology at UNC Greensboro. She holds a Ph.D. in Kinesiology (Sport and Exercise Psychology) and completed a post-doctoral fellowship with the Institute to Promote Athlete Health and Wellness at UNCG. Her main line of research focuses on promoting physical activity and health through sport and life transitions. A former Diavision I field hockey player, Dr. Reifsteck has served as principal investigator for two NCAA-funded research projects focused on the development and evaluation of the Moving On! program (AthletesMovingOn.org), which prepares athletes for making healthy transitions to life after sport. |

Katie Hargrave, Health Coach and Personal Trainer, The Athlete After
Katie Hargrave was a competitive athlete for 15 years, finishing her basketball career in 2011 at the NCAA Division II level. After many years of research on career transition and health, she realized her passion is helping others in their journey to finding balanced health. She wrote The Athlete After: A 10-week guide to balancing life after sports. She received her Holistic Health Coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is a member of the International Association for Health Coaches. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and a Transition Coach for Athletes Soul. |
PART 3 - Nutrition Post-Athletics - Katie Spada
Katie Spada, Licensed Dietitian, Spada Strong Nutrition
After earning her bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from The Ohio State University, Katie worked at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and now at the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada as a clinical dietitian with the pediatric and neonatal populations. Additionally, she is a master's degree candidate through Northeastern University working towards completion of her Masters in Nutrition with a concentration in Sports and Fitness. Outside of her role as a clinical dietitian, Katie is the founder of Spada Strong Nutrition LLC, a nutrition coaching business focused on helping former athletes with their nutrition in life after sport. Katie competed as a synchronized swimmer for 11 years, earning spots on 3 USA National Teams, as well as a scholarship position at The Ohio State University. During her time at Ohio State, Katie was fortunate enough to be a part of 2 National Title Teams, and serve as team captain duringher Junior and Senior season. |
