TRE STALLINGS - Associate Commissioner at Conference USA
Tre Stallings was a football player. He played collegiate football at Ole Miss and then got drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs. He ended up playing football professionally for 4 seasons in the NFL before starting a career in sport administration.
In this podcast, Tre outlines how relationships, and especially his wife played a huge role in helping him get through the transition from sports. Tre relied on his wife, hard work and what he learned from football to help redefine his identity and push his post-sport career forward. Tre often went back to talking about work ethic and how he always worked hard.

AMY THOMPSON - Connecting the Dots of Passion, Purpose & Impact
Amy Thompson was a multi-sport athlete her whole life. She started out playing basketball, volleyball and also ran track for a local Junior College. She then took her talents to George Mason University where she majored in Physical and Health Education and minored in Athletic Training. Amy is now the Vice President & General Manager for IDEA Fitness. She often mentions how that competitive edge and drive for consistency in sports has helped her strive for greatness off the field.
DARREL YOUNG - Manager Player Engagement & Player Programs at the NFL
Darrel Young played football for Villanova from 2005-2007. He later signed a professional contract with the Washington Redskins. He played in the NFL for 10 years. After his contracted ended, he started working for Comcast but realized that this lifestyle wasn't for him and so he decided to give football one more try. For two years, ,he fought to make a comeback but falling short, he accepted an internship in the NFL as Manager for Player Engagement which eventually became a position. Darrel emphasizes the importance of relationships and networking but also how what you do on the field is transferable to the corporate space.
SHIKHA UBEROI BAJPAI - The Privilege of Changing the World
Shikha Uberoi Bajpai played professional tennis representing her home country of India. She also studied at Princeton University. Shikha work in media and entertainment for a decade leading to her current role as President Indi, a talent-monetization app. Tune in to 15:30 where she speaks about her transition from sports going back to college as a 27 year old and how tennis taught her to handle rejection and failures.
